Excelente guía! Disfrutamos mucho nuestra visita a Viena. Translate this opinion into English.

Excellent guide! We really enjoyed our visit to Vienna. Huge and beautiful imperial buildings, but without the history, it’s not the same. Time flew by. Listening to the history while being able to observe the places is the way I like to travel. Opinion translated. Show original.

1. There were approximately 50 people in the group; I don't think that was the most suitable size. 2. The scheduled time was not followed. 3. There was a lack of historical context and no coherent narrative. 4. The most positive aspect was the guide's unique charm, which made the tour more enjoyable.

Translate this opinion into English.

Muchas gracias!! Translate this opinion into English.

René, our guide, explained part of the country's and city's history to us with entertaining anecdotes. It was a very interesting tour that introduced you to the city, allowing you to explore each building or monument in more detail later if you wish. Well done, René! Thank you so much!

I would not recommend the tour. It seemed to me that there were too many people, we couldn't hear the guide well and they didn't provide any kind of microphone to hear better. The information was fine, but I have been on more dynamic and organized tours. Opinion translated. Show original.

I've done other free tours in other cities, and this is the first time I haven't found it worthwhile. It's better to spend your time visiting the monuments on your own. The guide doesn't stop at important sites (for example, he walks right past the main facades of the Hofburg Palace and doesn't even mention them). He talks a lot, but you don't see much because there's hardly any walking and he explains almost nothing about the architecture. I don't recommend it unless you have plenty of time.

There were too many people in the group. There were about 50 of us. The guide changed our 9:45 tour to the 10:45 one. It was strange because the guide who changed it was saying at 9:45 that we weren't meeting the minimum number of people. And then there was the same French guide who told us to come back an hour later with 50 people. Something was definitely off with the guide. But he made us lose an hour. The guide was excellent.

The guide provided us with information, but I would have liked it if, when booking the tour in Spanish, there had been a Spanish-speaking guide. He struggled terribly to make us understand, but the truth is that there were many things that couldn’t be heard because there were about 40 people, and he didn’t have a radio guide. He could barely finish because his throat was sore from so much effort. Important details to keep in mind.

I travelled with my partner

Translate this opinion into English.

It was an excellent experience. The guide took us around the area and explained everything. He had a lot of knowledge about the area and its history. He even recommended a restaurant and a coffee shop, which we tried at the end of the tour. He apologized for his accent, but we understood everything perfectly. Opinion translated. Show original.

Éramos muchas personas Translate this opinion into English.

Interesting. There are many things to see, and you can see some of them on a free tour. I would have preferred a more dynamic activity, and I missed having a device to hear the guide clearly without having to be right next to them. There were a lot of people. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

The guide Martina was nice, kind and had so many great history about Vienna. It was amazing going see the city with this point of view. I tried to book the tour in English and they said the only option was in English and it was a very good surprise that finally it was in Spanish.

Translate this opinion into English.

The tour was great for getting to know the center of Vienna, getting our bearings, and having a first impression of the city. The guide, who was Mexican, was friendly and lively, and gave us a lot of information. The explanation was engaging, although with so many historical figures, kings, and events, it's hard to remember everything. We walked quite a bit at a good pace, but it was worth it to get to know the city. She also gave us useful tips for the rest of our stay. Opinion translated. Show original.

The activity was fine. We were a very large group, so sometimes it was difficult to hear the guide. With so many people, it would be helpful if the guide had a microphone and provided headphones for the participants so they could follow along. Otherwise, the tour was good; he provided ample historical information about the places he was taking us, suggested places to eat, and offered advice to those who asked for it.

It's not practical to do a free tour with 50 people. You can't hear everything, and walking and waiting for everyone is too complicated. They should make smaller groups. Besides, there wasn't a megaphone or microphone. Even so, René did his best so we could understand.

Translate this opinion into English.

Un acierto Translate this opinion into English.

Our guide was René, even though he wasn't our initial guide, he was a delight, explaining things very clearly and also answering all the questions that came up. The group was large and he managed it perfectly. Spanish is not his language and he explained wonderfully. A good tour to take on your first day in Vienna as it gives you an idea of how to better organize the visits you might have in mind. A great choice. Opinion translated. Show original.
